The Import of The Credit Manager is used by customers who maintain their accounts in another software package. Most software applications support "exporting" their database to common file types. This "exported" file would be used to add or update your accounts, through the Import function of The Credit Manager.

The Credit Managers Import function supports the following file types:

Database Encryption
The Credit Manager 4 database is encrypted by default so you know your data is secure.

User Accounts
Credit Manager 4 offers user accounts for accessing the software.

This helps with securing who is using the software and the options which are available to the user.

Log Files
Credit Manager 4 offers a log file system to keep track of activity in the software such as upload history, import history, compliance management and more.

For Example: When you report to the credit bureaus, a log file is created containing the history of upload activity.

Audit History
Each consumer record in the Credit Manager 4 has an audit history. The Audit History contains a history/log of edits made to the consumer record.

For example: editing the accounts 'current balance' field will generate an entry into the records Audit History.

HTTPS (SSL) Secure File Transfer
Credit Manager files are uploaded securely through the standard HTTPS/SSL web portals provided by the Credit Bureaus.

Does your existing software only support the Metro 1 format? The Credit Manager allows you to import Metro 1 formatted accounts and export the accounts in the new Metro 2 format. Please note: After importing, your accounts may require additional information or editing to be compliant with the Metro 2 format and meet current regulations.
