The ‘Edit Form’ window is divided into two main sections.
The top half of the window is the consumers general information (name,
address, etc...). The bottom half of the window is the consumers account
information.
The compact layout of the Edit Form allows easy searching and editing of your accounts. View A List of fields required for reporting to the Credit Repositories
Account tab contains the majority of the information required to report the consumers account information. (Base Segment)
Advanced tab contains additional reporting requirements. (Base Segment)
Cosigner tab is where you can add up to 6 co-signers/co-borrowers per account. (J1 & J2 segments)
Employment tab contains the consumers employment information. (N1 Segment)
Misc 1/2 tab reports specific information for collection agencies and payment information. (K1, K2 & K4 Segments)
Misc 2/2 tab is used for Mortgage companies and account number changes. (K3 & L1 Segment)
Notes tab contains internal notes/history on the consumer. This tab also contains a follow-up date.
Errors tab displays all compliance errors found on the account. This tab is helpful to correct compliance errors in real-time, while adding or editing your accounts.
