The powerful Query tool allows you to select one or more accounts in your database by any field within the database. For example, if you need to locate all paid (closed) accounts which were paid more than 3 months ago, you would use the query tool to locate these accounts.

Once you have performed the Query and the results have been displayed, the Query tool can then be used for the following:

1. Edit a single field in multiple consumer accounts
2. Produce virtually unlimited reports based on your special criteria
3. Turn accounts on/off from reporting to the bureaus
