Technical Support Agreement Upgrade Discount
If you have paid timely on a bi-yearly or yearly support contract for at least 12 months and have a support contract at the time new software is released, you may purchase the upgrade at a discounted price equal to one-half ($249) of the full price of the software upgrade ($499) (shipping not included).
Software Edition Upgrade and Discount
When upgrading Credit Manager 3 to Credit Manager 4, your edition will remain the same. For Example
LITE to LITE = Upgrading from Credit Manager 3 LITE will result in upgrading to Credit Manager 4 LITE.
PRO to PRO = Upgrading from Credit Manager 3 PRO will result in upgrading to Credit Manager 4 PRO.
LITE to PRO = Upgrading from Credit Manager 3 LITE to Credit Manager 4 PRO does NOT qualify for any upgrade discount.
